Why can't I track plain-text emails?

Currently, we don't track plain-text emails. The message uses HTML code. If the recipient reads all messages as plain text, the tracking won't work. 

To switch from plain text to rich text formatting, open up a new compose email window, located on the right-side click on the down arrow in compose toolbar, unclick "Plain text mode" 


Also, some programs on certain email services websites will be blocked by default.
