How to Reconnect Google Account with ContextSmith

If you have recently changed your Google Account password or login preferences, you may need to reconnect to ContextSmith again.  Below are the steps to ensure your ContextSmith account is up-to-date and operating normally with your Google Account.


1. Go to your Gmail top right corner, and click on My Account.

2. Once you're in, click on Connected apps & sites.

3. Click on Manage Apps and you'll see the full list of apps.  Find ContextSmith and click Remove.

4. And then go back to https://[customer] to login again.
